This website does not use cookies or monitor user activity or collect browsing data.  

Data that is captured includes:

1. Emails from individuals that contact Troop 401 via the 'Contact Us' link

2. Troop applications and medical forms that are uploaded via the website to a secure cloud space managed by the Troop 401 Committee

 

The GDPR has been enacted in order to provide you with certain rights related to your personal data which we abide by.  Our policies align as follows:

Right to complain.If you have concerns about how we have used your personal data you can contact us here

Right to access your data.To do so make the request to the Troop Committee and we will respond within 1 month as required by law. Within that time, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data which would include the Troop application and medical forms. 

Right to be forgotten. If you want your data to be deleted contact the Troop Committee and it will be deleted immediately.  

Right to request the transfer of your personal data to a third party. To do so make the request to the Troop Committee and we'll use secure methods to transfer the data in a commonly used format.
